Tandice Tinney

Top performing sales producer, Tandice Tinney, MS, has recently accepted the new position of Sales Manager for ACI. In her new role, Tandice will lead the international and national sales force in the administrative, performance and reporting functions of sales, while reinforcing ACI’s philosophy of providing personalized service. Her responsibilities include setting sales goals, staff supervision and overseeing the day to day operations of the sales department. With a proven track record for exceeding sales plans and a talent for closing, Tandice will continue her sales efforts to expand ACI’s client base.
Tandice joined ACI in 1985 and has held several positions, including Office Manager and most recently served as the Director of Operations. Highly skilled in enterprising sales, Tandice helped organize and expand a worldwide network of providers, which now numbers more than 10,000 legal, financial and mental health professionals.
Tandice brings more than two decades of experience and training in mental health services. She holds a Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. After receiving her MS, she partnered with the United Way to provide pro-bono counseling services to needy families and individuals. In addition, Tandice provided case management for youth and families, group therapy, family therapy and facilitated parenting classes for at risk teens and families.
When she’s not aggressively hunting down sales leads, Tandice loves spending time with her two children. She continues to volunteer at local organizations such as Escuela Longfellow, a Spanish Immersion program in San Diego that teaches students to speak fluent English and Spanish throughout grade school.
