Vice President, Global Sales _________________________________________________

Thomas Lee is the Vice President of Global Sales for ACI Specialty Benefits. In this role, Thomas provides leadership to the sales team in executing worldwide sales initiatives and generating continued revenue growth for ACI Specialty Benefits. He is committed to breaking ACI’s previous sales records, maintaining the company’s place among the nation’s top ten EAP providers, and providing best in class service to ACI’s clients around the globe.

Thomas joined ACI in October 2007 with over 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience across a wide range of industries. He has the proven ability to identify emerging markets and design strategic business development plans within those markets. Among his numerous achievements, Thomas earned “Top Account Manager” for 12 consecutive quarters and “Sales M.V.P” while at Access Nurses.

Thomas graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He is currently an active member of volunteermatch.org, an online organization that allows individuals to register for thousands of events across San Diego. The proud father of three sons, Nathan, Ben, and Zachary, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, and snowboarding.
