Pat Gilligan

Dr. Patrick Gilligan is the licensed Clinical Director for ACI Specialty Benefits, and oversees in-house clinicians and administrative personnel in the delivery of clinical services while managing quality assurance within ACI’s global network of providers. Dr. Gilligan assures that all of ACI’s programs and services are compliant with state and federal regulations, and advises ACI’s clients worldwide on clinical matters and appropriate action.
Dr. Gilligan received his doctorate and masters degrees from the Professional School of Psychological Studies (PSPP). He has over 30 years experience in the counseling and psychology field, and of particular note, has combat experience in Vietnam. He is expertly skilled in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as substance abuse, crisis intervention, and individual, group, and marital counseling.
